When will my items ship? Items typically ship within 2-4 weeks after the campaign end date. While we do our best to only feature items with reliable inventory, the delivery timeline may extend if your items encounter backorder issues. Covid-19 has had an outsized impact on many items, and backorder delays are more common. We'll let you know as soon as possible if this occurs. IgniteCX does not guarantee delivery by any date. Also, please note that IgniteCX's liability of the product is complete upon delivery, as confirmed by the shipping company. When will my credit card be charged? If you are making a donation, your credit card will be charged immediately after you place your order. If you are purchasing items, your credit card will be processed within 2 business days after the end of the campaign, rather than at the time of the original order. If, for some reason, this campaign does not reach its batch order minimum requirements, your item order may be cancelled. If you purchased items and made an additional donation, your total contributions will appear on your credit card statement as two separate transactions. How will this charge read on my credit card? Please do your very best to be sure all of your order information is correct before placing the order. Because all items in this store are made to order, it can be very difficult to make changes. All sales are final unless product is defective. All items are produced and made to order at the end of each campaign. Please double check sizing before placing your order. What is your policy regarding bulk shipments? Once you have received your bulk shipment it is your responsibility to confirm that all individual orders have been accurately fulfilled.
